"Yoga, Vastu, Ayurveda, Jyotish (Vedic astrology), sangeet (music) are the five branches of oriental science, deeply connected with each other. Yoga Shastra considered being the mother of Vastu Shastra.  According to Yoga Shastra, the NE and E are governed by Chandra-Ida Nadi, the moon streams. Any house that gets aligned to these streams enjoys peace, prosperity, and progress."

As defined in the ancient Vastu text, your house and your health are intimately interconnected. Your home is not merely a structure of brick and cement. It is a living entity vibrating with energy—every corner of your house is connected to the particular organ of your body. An imbalance in any corner of your home will lead to a corresponding problem in a specific part of the body that is related to it.

Northern directions are associated with female health, while the East and South directions stand for the well-being of the male residents.

All areas in our house are related to the five elements (earth, water, air, fire, ether). As per Ayurveda, the same factors influence the functioning of the different organs in our body.

The whole Vastushastra is based on the breath cycle of human beings which is 15 to 23. With reference to the North sensitivity to the neurons, the importance of directions is well set to give positivity to life.
